Currently in development at the Interactive Deep Dive in Austin, Texas. Building off of current standardized patient training programs, this system uses a live performer trained to react moment by moment to a trainee's actions as they attempt to deliver difficult news, like the death of a family member.
This project is currently being developed as a live simulation, and a virtual reality experience that will allow a single actor to play a multitude of different people.
A simulation that combines live performance and augmented reality in order to give a neurotypical person a peek at one aspect of being on the autism spectrum. Specifically, it is designed to show how society often behaves around alter-abled individuals.
